FAFSA = Free Application for Federal Student Aid
By filling out this federal form you may find that you are eligible for various ways to help you pay for your                                      education.  Some of the assistance you qualify for may be free like a Pell Grant.  Other assistance you may be                                able to secure is in the form of loans or "work-study" programs.  There several options you may want to take                                  advantage of, but if you do not fill out this form or wait too long you will be on your own figuring out how to pay                            for classes and other expenses associated with securing your ideal future.

Changes in financial need?

Currently, seniors are finding their family's financial status has changed.  Perhaps a parent has been laid off or has reduced hours.  These changes can impact how much a family can contribute to your college education.
If your financial aid awards are not reflecting that change there is something you can do to appeal for more aid.
